Cleaning Instructions:
  1. Use the supplied tool to remove bearing retaining rings, if needed.
  2. Use the supplied tool to remove bearing shields.
  3. Leave the strainer inside the container and place the items to be cleaned inside with the solution. Tighten the lid.
  4. Let parts soak for 30 minutes, shaking or stirring every couple of minutes to help ensure proper cleaning.
  5. Open the lid and lift the strainer out of the container to remove the cleaned parts.
  6. Empty the cleaned parts onto the towel.
  7. If bearings were grease-filled, inspect for any remaining grease and brush off with the supplied brush.
  8. Use the supplied towel to wipe off and dry the parts.
  9. Use compressed air to fully dry and blow out any remaining contaminants. Approved eye protection is recommended.
  10. Once parts are completely dry and clean, they are ready for reassembly.
  11. If cleaning bearings, apply Helo Light Speed Bearing Oil before reassembly for best results.
  12. Once lubricated, reassemble with shields and retaining rings as needed.
